We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role would suit a graduate of a design course/degree with the ability to help shape the marketing department’s visual identity and output. We are looking for a confident, engaging professional with a strong design capability and desire to pursue a design career within the tech sector. The role will be vitally important in the marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities of our Graduate Graphic Designer:

As our Graduate Graphic Designer you will be responsible for delivering a range of designs as well as helping out with other marketing functions as the need arises. You will work closely with the existing marketing team to bring the new corporate website branding and recent logo refresh into the rest of the marketing collateral. 

You will be the go-to person for design and development of the brand, working closely with the Marketing Manager, to grow into the role of brand guardian for the business. 

Essential Skills:

  • Deliver creative innovation within the marketing team  
  • Develop toolkits and style guides in line with trend research  
  • Present and substantiate creative and design decisions  
  • Flexibility and confidence to work independently  
  • Meeting and working to tight deadlines where required  
  • Designing and creating print ready artwork  

Your previous experience:

  • Graphic Design degree or equivalent  
  • Confident in using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalents  
  • Willingness to assist with general marketing tasks including content generation, events etc.
