Duties and responsibilities of our Junior Full Stack Developer:

  • Developing and maintaining internal web applications and client-facing systems
  • Building responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React
  • Assisting with backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Working with databases to store and manage application data
  • Translating business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and improving performance
  • Contributing to code reviews and following best development practices

Essential Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with a frontend framework such as React (commercial or personal projects)
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with backend concepts (e.g. Node.js, Express, or similar)
  • Experience with at least one database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals
  • Comfortable using Git
  • A strong desire to learn and develop as a software engineer

Your previous experience:

  • A portfolio of work showcasing your full stack experience 
  • Confident in using Javascript frameworks and libraries 
  • Willingness to learn on the job and proactively develop your software engineering skill set alongside our CTO.
