We attribute the success to our innovative approach in empowering businesses to normalise their operations, as well as continue supplying services to their clients by utilising our technology.
The new hires will solidify our product offerings and ensure that we continue to adapt to our customer needs in the wake of a pandemic and into the new normal.
Richard Hotchkin – Chief Technology Officer Â
Bringing over 20 years of global IT leadership experience, Richard is an innovative, creative, and commercially aware Chief Technology Officer, brimming with ideas and enthusiasm to help enable Tailor Made’s customers to leverage all the most appropriate technology to make them successful and secure. He joins Tailor Made to bring his passion for IT innovation and ensure customers are always on the leading edge of technology.
Richard’s customer-centric approach to Cloud adoption, IT Strategy, and business improvement will help to revolutionise the Tailor Made product offerings, allowing the company to excite its customer base with high-performance business-critical networks and systems solutions.
Lee Whitcher – Operations Manager Â
Lee joins Tailor Made with 15-years’ IT operations experience as Operations Manager. Lee will oversee the IT operations team to ensure compliance, functionality, and service levels are maintained, improved, and abided by to deliver success on behalf of our customers.
Lee joins Tailor Made with a host of prestigious qualifications from the likes of Cisco, Dell EMC, AWS (Amazon Web Services), and ITIL. His breadth of knowledge and experience is pivotal in the success of customer solution design, implementation, and internal improvement.
Christian Cartwright – Cybersecurity ManagerÂ
Christian joins Tailor Made with a GCHQ certified MSc and BSc (Hons) to manage the ever-growing arm of Tailor Made’s elite Cybersecurity team.
Christian’s passion for Cybersecurity has led him to specialise in Security Assessments, Penetration Testing, Threat Hunting, Cyber Incident Response, Breach Remediation and Forensics. Christian is fundamental in securing Tailor Made’s customers; as well as developing solutions that will identify, protect, and mitigate against cybercrime.
