Customer Services Administrator – Whiteley As a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the clients of Tailor Made Technologies. Specification This is a vitally important position within Tailor Made assisting customers with a variety of customer queries. Although the role is not primarily a customer-facing role, a large amount of communication by email and telephone to various types of customers and employee roles, so you will need to be an excellent communicator with well-developed communication skills. Your responsibilities will be to resolve customer queries in any form in a professional manner, to be able to investigate customer issues, being able to confirm and communicate customer contract requirements. It is expected that you will become fully competent in the use of MS-Office products.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with customer queries arising from the monthly bill run for the calls and services provided
  • Ensuring all customer communication is logged in a customers account in the internal database
  • Handling contract cancellation requests from customers
  • Updating the billing systems with new rates and services, including ending services
  • Calculating and enforcing early termination values for customers looking to cancel within contract


Relevant Experience & Training –

  • Demonstrable track record of some customer service experience
  • Demonstrable capacity to coordinate multiple projects for customers
  • Demonstrable eye for detail with customer contracts and terms and conditions
