Overview of the role

We are currently looking for a Workshop Lead to head up our fast-paced workshop team. This role includes building, fixing and restoring hardware whilst also keeping on-top of admin tasks. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to break into a leadership role in an IT Environment or if you are working within a Workshop Engineer capacity already and want a change in responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem solving and hands on work. This role is working out of our Head Office based in Whiteley, it’s an onsite Monday-Friday role with a possibility for overtime.

Duties and responsibilities of our Workshop Engineer:

  • Management of Goods In /Out IT and Telco
  • Software licences registration
  • Internal asset management
  • Building configuring and troubleshooting incoming hardware
  • First line internal IT support
  • Deploying remote engineers/ setting up hardware on site yourself
