Overview of the role
We are growing our Telco Sales Development team!
Do you want to join a positive and supportive sales environment, where you work together to achieve the end goal? You have access to an assigned Business Development Manager who you will be working closely with, helping you gain industry experience whilst earning commission on meetings sat! You also get commission on your BDM hitting their target!
We have a team of 7 SDR’s plus a team leader who will support and help you grow into the role. You will be calling new business customers to see what their requirements for Telecommunications are. We have a progressive outlook on our sales roles, you are in charge of your day – there is no cap on the commission structure, you are in control of what you earn!
You will be sat within the Sales team which is made up of 1 Sales Director, 6 BDM’s , 8 SDR’s and 7 Account Managers, there will always be someone there to assist you!

Duties and responsibilities of our Sales Development Representative – Telco:
As one of our Sales Development Representative’s you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional first approach to prospective clients. Most likely you will be the first person to engage with these businesses from Tailor Made Technologies, therefore you will need to have a confident, professional communication approach to selling. You will be using data from our marketing team to call and email prospective clients to secure appointments for our Business Development Managers.
