Overview of the role

We are looking to add to our Customer Relationship team, this is due to a progression into our Projects Team. This is a key role helping us to uphold the excellent customer service we provide at Tailor Made Technologies. This role will involve engaging with key customer contacts, coordinating internally with all departments, taking ownership of service issues, and striving to implement improvements to deliver a quality service. All the support will be given for this role from both our Sales and Technical team to help you grow your knowledge and be successful.

Duties and responsibilities of our Customer Relationship Executive:

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will work alongside the Account Managers, technical team and Service Desk who want to provide the best service possible to our customers. You should come from an environment where you have developed excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with a range of business stakeholders both internally and externally.  Your set customer base will rely on you to be their internal representative, helping them resolve their service issues quickly and efficiently.

Previous Experience:

  • Experienced and able to identify customer needs and work with the business to provide solutions 
  • Keen interest in account management and technology, able to learn new product sets 
  • Experience in either an account management/technical support/sales support/customer focused role 
  • Worked to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s in order to provide good service. 
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with key customers, including the creation of content for service review presentations.
